Getting in touch

Write to editor@opelenartys.com. One person reads that address and replies in the order messages arrive, usually within a few working days. There is no telephone line and no live chat.

What the address is for

• Corrections. If an entry describes a hotel inaccurately, or describes something that no longer exists, tell us what is wrong and we will check it.
• Suggestions. If you know a hotel that belongs in one of the four movements, say which movement and why. We read every suggestion; we cannot promise to add anything.
• Rights and permissions. Questions about reusing text or images from this site.
• Privacy. Requests about data we hold, handled as described in the privacy policy.

What it is not for

We cannot help with reservations. This site does not take bookings, hold rooms, confirm availability, change or cancel anything, or pass messages to a hotel on your behalf. We have no commercial relationship with any property listed here and no way to act on your stay. For anything to do with a specific reservation, contact the hotel directly.

We also do not give personalised trip planning, and we do not publish paid placements, sponsored entries or guest posts. Offers of that kind will not receive a reply.

If you represent a hotel

You are welcome to correct anything factual in your entry, and to tell us about a substantial change to the building or its facilities. Inclusion, position and wording are editorial decisions and are not for sale.
